Survey: Men’s Pelvic Health Content in an Entry-level DPT Curriculum
What Men’s Pelvic Health (MPH) Content Should Be Included in an Entry-Level Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) Curriculum? A Clinician Perspective.
We are seeking input from APTA Pelvic Health Physical Therapist members and possibly supervising students. This survey hopes to further establish curricular content with respect to male pelvic health issues and entry-level education. The expertise of clinicians will offer beneficial information to assist in supporting curricular development.
This survey aims to establish the clinician perspective on pertinent skills/knowledge that an entry level graduate physical therapist should have with respect to male pelvic health issues and to gain expert input on what Men’s Pelvic Health (MPH) content should be included in an entry-level DPT program. The investigators anticipate that clinicians who are members of the Academy of Pelvic Health (APH) will participate in this survey and provide information from the expert clinician perspective to assist in establishing content guidelines within DPT programs across the country.
