She is actively involved in the Academy of Pelvic Health as the Arizona representative and as a member of the education review committee. She feels blessed to be able to inspire students to practice whole-person healthcare, making a difference in her patients’ lives, and improving physical therapy practice as an administrator of a global post-professional program. Outside of work, Tammy enjoys kayaking, hiking, paper crafting, and traveling.

Here are Tammy’s thoughts about joining the JWPHPT Editorial Team.

I am honored and excited to join the JWHPT Editorial Board. I have been a long-time avid reader and reviewer of our journal. I will use my years of experience as a clinician, educator, and scholar to advance women’s and pelvic health practice and research. I am excited to join this team, propelling the journal forward in its innovative initiatives.

The JWPHPT editors provide the Academy of Pelvic Health membership with high-quality evidence in support of clinical practice. Tammy’s credentials, scholarship, and passion for research make her a wonderful addition to our team. Welcome Tammy!
