Meet JWHPT’s new Digital Media Committee Members
The Journal of Women’s Health Physical Therapy is thrilled to welcome Audrey Brown, SPT and Kayla Koren, SPT to the Digital Media Committee! Learn more about the team below.
Audrey Brown is a second-year Doctor of Physical Therapy student at Drexel University in Philadelphia, PA. She has an interest in pelvic health and care for pregnant and postpartum patients and, after graduation, plans to pursue a residency in Pelvic Health. She has a background in marketing and content creation and interests in women’s health physical therapy research. The Journal of Women’s Health Physical Therapy is thrilled to welcome Audrey to the Digital Media Committee.
Kayla Koren (pictured above) is a second-year Doctor of Physical Therapy student at A.T. Still University in Mesa, Arizona. She was born and raised in Sheboygan, Wisconsin and received her bachelor’s degree in Exercise and Wellness from Arizona State University. Her passions include playing tennis, exploring Arizona, and advocating for patients with chronic pain/illnesses. She serves as the ATSU Physical Therapy Orthopedic Residency Assistant, and is a student board member for the ATSU Center for OT & PT, the school’s pro-bono clinic that strives to serve the underserved community. She is passionate about Women’s Health Physical Therapy, research, and physical therapy education, and plans to pursue this specialty in her career. With her experience and passion for knowledge translation, the Digital Media Committee of the Journal of Women’s Health Physical Therapy is pleased to welcome Kayla to the team!
