Meet Dr. Moore—a caring and devoted physical therapist who is passionate about making a positive impact in her patient's lives! Her journey began at The Ohio State University where she earned her Bachelor of Science in physical therapy in 1996. That was just the beginning! She continued expanding her knowledge and skills by obtaining additional certifications, such as an International Mechanical Diagnostic Certification from the McKenzie Institute and a Pelvic Floor Physical Therapy Certification from the Pelvic Academy of the APTA. Dr. Moore did not stop there, she completed her Doctorate of Physical Therapy in 2020, obtained a Therapeutic Pain Specialist Certification from Evidence in Motion (EIM), and earned a Fellowship in Pain Science in 2021 with EIM. Since then, Dr. Moore has been tirelessly working with the adult and elderly population. First in an outpatient nonprofit facility, for 6 years after university, then in numerous skilled nursing facilities. Dr. Moore is a strong advocate for her patients and a respected figure in the field. She is actively involved in professional organizations like the APTA and OPTA, along with active participation in local government affairs. Within the OPTA she has served as the State Treasurer, conference chair for the Conference Committee and currently a member of the Ethic Committee. She also remains in good standing with the McKenzie Institute, and EIM. In 2024, Dr. Moore took her expertise to the next level by opening her own private practice clinics, ensuring that her patients have access to the services they need to thrive with optimal health. She believes in empowering her patients to take control of their health and wellness, and she is dedicated to helping them achieve their goals.
