Professional Bio

MJ graduated from Russell Sage College in 1980 with a BSPT. She began to specialize in women's health in the late 1980's. Over the years she has focused her practice on pelvic health for men, women, and children, as well as pregnancy and postpartum health. She is board certified in biofeedback for pelvic muscle dysfunction. MJ returned to grad school and her research focused on pelvic floor dysfunction. She completed her doctorate at Pacific University in 2013. In addition to clinical practice, MJ has been on the CAPP Pelvic Committee and Faculty for the Section on Women's Health CAPP Pelvic courses since 2005. She has also been a guest lecturer at both the Pacific University and George Fox University School of Physical Therapy.
