I am a pelvic health and women's health PT specialist with expertise in treating pelvic pain conditions (including vulvodynia, vestibulitis, IC/PBS, pudendal neuralgia, dyspareunia, vaginismus, endometriosis, and other diagnoses associated with pelvic pain), pregnancy and postpartum musculoskeletal dysfunction, bladder symptoms (including urinary urgency/frequency/incontinence), bowel symptoms and colorectal disorders, pelvic organ prolapse, osteoporosis management, and generalized pelvic girdle/back/hip pain. I also have special interest and expertise in perinatal care including prenatal PT care, birth prep education, and postpartum musculoskeletal recovery. I am CAPP-PELVIC and CAPP-OB Certified through the APTA Academy of Pelvic Health, and I have a Certificate of Achievement in Menopause Education. I achieved my Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from Duke University (with advanced training from their women's/pelvic health teams while there) and a B.S. degree in Biology/Physiology and minor in Psychology from Penn State University. I currently practice at Ivy Rehab Pelvic Health Program in Kennett Square, alongside collaborative PT and pelvic health providers. I am currently licensed in the states of Delaware and Pennsylvania.
