Emily is a board-certified clinical specialist in women's health physical therapy and CAPP-Pelvic certified through the Academy of Pelvic Health Physical Therapy. She treats patients on a part time basis through her cash-based practice, Empower You PT. Emily serves on the APHPT's CAPP-Pelvic Committee and is an instructor for the APHPT's CAPP-Pelvic Level Two Pain and Bowel Courses. She is also a teaching assistant for the CAPP-Pelvic Course series. In addition to her roles within the APHPT, Emily also reviews applications and is an item writer for the WCS, and is a certified level one CrossFit coach. Her clinical passions include pelvic floor dysfunction, conditions related to pregnancy and the postpartum period, and the athletic population.
