2024 NABPT & Academy Scholarship Collaboration

In 2024, the Academy plans to award $10,000 worth of scholarships through the continued collaboration with the National Association of Black Physical Therapists (NABPT) in an effort to increase diversity in our profession and better meet the needs of our diverse communities. This initiative is specifically designed for physical therapists (PTs), physical therapist assistants (PTAs), and physical therapy students (SPTs) who identify as African American or Black and who are eager to expand their skill set and incorporate pelvic health expertise into their existing rehabilitation care. This program initially started in 2023 and is being run for a consecutive year.
