Are you passionate about pelvic health physical therapy and committed to advancing inclusive care for the LGBTQIA+ community? We invite you to join us for an educational pop-up event series "LGBTQIA+ Allyship" on October 8, 9, and 10!
This event series aims to celebrate diversity, promote inclusivity, and enhance knowledge surrounding pelvic health within the LGBTQA+ community. Our dynamic speakers and their innovative sessions explore the intersection of LGBTQIA+ identities and pelvic health physical therapy. This virtual pop-up event is a follow-up to our Pride + Pelvises event we held in June.
This event is for you if you want to...
- Gain insight on current cultural environment in Pelvic therapy through the lens of a Genderqueer therapist.
- Learn how to create a safe space and provide truly inclusive pelvic health care for all patients across the LGBTQIA+ spectrum.
- Unlock the power of advocacy and allyship in LGBTQ+ pelvic health practice and be a part of the movement towards inclusive care that celebrates diversity and empowers every individual.

- 3 educational sessions (45 minutes each) featuring 3 different thought leaders
- 15-minute live Q&A sessions with the speakers after each session
- Full recording of all 3 sessions to watch at a later time
- Post-event quiz and survey to complete online in the Learning Center
- Digital badge you can add to LinkedIn or your website
- PDF Certificate of Completion with 3 Awarded Contact Hours
Contact Hours
This event is worth 3 contact hours. If you wish to obtain contact hours, you must either attend the live event or watch the on-demand event recording within the calendar year following the event and complete a post-event survey and quiz. This event will be recorded and those who register will be able to access the recording approximately within 1 week after airing. All who pass the quiz will receive a digital badge and a certificate of completion.
