Free In-Person Event | "Below the Belt" Film Screening & Discussion Panel (New Orleans, LA)

The Academy of Pelvic Health Physical Therapy's Louisiana State Representative, Sara Reardon, invites you to attend a free film screening of Below the Belt, a powerful PBS documentary on endometriosis, healthcare bias, and change. Through the personal and inspiring stories of four patients on a desperate search for answers, this film exposes the systemic failures of our healthcare system—where gender bias, misinformation, and profit-driven care leave millions suffering in silence.
The event will take place at The Broad Theater in New Orleans, LA (Directions). The event will be held on Thursday, March 20th, 2025 beginning at 6:30pm CDT (doors open at 6:15pm CDT). After the film, stay for an insightful panel featuring medical experts and special guests who will discuss the critical issues raised in the documentary and explore ways we can push for change.
