Deborah Riczo, PT, DPT, MEd

Deborah Riczo authored “Sacroiliac Pain, Understanding the Pelvic Girdle Musculoskeletal Method” in 2018 and “Back and Pelvic Girdle Pain in Pregnancy and Postpartum; find relief using the Pelvic Girdle Musculoskeletal Method” in 2020, both published by OPTP, Minn. She developed the “Pelvic Girdle Musculoskeletal Method SM (PGM MethodSM) and has been teaching continuing education courses on this subject since 2011. She presented this topic at APTA’s CSM New Orleans conference 2018, and at the Ohio Annual Conference in 2019. She served as adjunct faculty at Cleveland State University (CSU) DPT program and is now guest speaker for pelvic girdle/sacroiliac dysfunction and other areas. She has been an active member of the APTA for over 35 years, and currently serving as Director for the Ohio Physical Therapy Association since 2018. She has been a practicing physical therapist for over 35 years, most of which has been spent in clinical practice at MetroHealth Medical Center, Cleveland, OH. She is the president of Riczo Health Education, which she founded in 2011.
