Survey closes May 7, 2021

Open to Licensed Physical Therapists

Dear Healthcare Provider,

My name is Amy Wagner and I am a PhD student at Texas Woman’s University. I am completing a research study examining breastfeeding mothers’ experience of body pain or discomfort while breastfeeding. You are eligible to participate if you have worked with breastfeeding mothers for at least 2 years, currently live in the US, are, and are over 18 years of age. We are hopeful that this research will allow us to better understand pain or discomfort mothers may experience related to breastfeeding. Your responses to the online survey are anonymous. The survey does not collect identifying information and all responses will be kept confidential. Your participation is completely voluntary. You may quit the survey at any time. The survey should take about 20 minutes. At the end of the survey you will be asked if you would like to participate in an interview that will take up to an hour at a later date. Participating in this interview is voluntary.

If you have any questions about this study, please contact the principal investigator, Amy Wagner by email (AWagner1@twu.edu) or phone (210-863-8571). Please note there is a potential risk of loss of confidentiality in all email, downloading and internet transactions.

Thank you for considering participating in this research.
