At CSM 2020 in Denver, CO, the Academy of Pelvic Health Physical Therapy Membership Committee conducted the “Find Your Pelvic Floor” scavenger hunt open to CSM attendees from February 12-16, 2020. Attendees had to complete different activities from taking selfies at the Academy Booth to signing into Social Link to make their first post. We are delighted to announce the winner for the scavenger hunt and thank all contestants for participating! We hope to see you all again at CSM 2021 in Orlando, Florida! 

Scavenger Hunt Winner | Jennifer Lavin, PT, DPT

Jennifer Lavin obtained her Bachelor of Science in Health Science from Bradly University and Doctor of Physical Therapy from University of St. Augustine. She currently holds a Manual Therapy Certification for Spine, Pelvis and Extremities, is a Certified Myofascial Trigger Point Therapist with Dry Needling, a Certified Postpartum Corrective Exercises Specialist, trained in John F. Barnes Myofascial Release including Women’s Health, Pilates Method Alliance Certified Pilates Teacher, holds a 450-Hour Pilates for Rehabilitation Diploma from Polestar Pilates, is a 200-Hour Registered Yoga teacher, Registered Prenatal Yoga Teacher and Postpartum Yoga Specialist and is currently working towards the Academy of Pelvic Health Physical Therapy’s Certificate of Achievement in Pregnancy/Postpartum Physical Therapy-OB and Pelvic Health. Jennifer has had a lifelong calling in helping others on a holistic level. She truly believes in the power of one-on-one engagement with her patients and fitness/wellness clients and strives to improve that engagement with constant continuing education, individualized customer service and superb quality of care. She is currently accepting patients, both female and male, for evaluation and treatment of the pelvic floor, bowel & bladder, and sexual health issues.
